About me
My career has taken me from consulting to managing hospitals and healthcare organisations. My work focuses on how organisational and financial conditions can support good healthcare.
As a leader, I value understanding different professional perspectives and reaching clear decisions. For me, change requires clear and understandable goals, well-defined responsibilities and the experience of the people who put it into practice every day.
I also teach change management and IT project management in the master’s degree programme in eHealth at FH JOANNEUM. These subjects also explore how new technologies change working practices and collaboration in healthcare.
