About me
My career has taken me from management consultancy to leading hospitals and healthcare organisations. My work centres on how good healthcare can be enabled through sound organisational and economic conditions.
In management and leadership, I consider it important to understand different professional perspectives, assign responsibilities clearly and reach transparent decisions. Change requires clear objectives and the experience of the people who implement it in their day-to-day work.
As a registered mediator, I also support the structured resolution of conflicts. Experience in management consultancy, organisational development and accounting complements my professional profile. I also teach change management and IT project management in the master’s degree programme in eHealth at FH JOANNEUM.
