Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, with processing in Germany. To establish the connection, the IP address and requested resource in particular must be transmitted to and processed by the web server. ALL-INKL processes this data as a processor to provide the website securely and reliably on the basis of the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This webspace is configured not to create access log files or access statistics.
Contact form
When the form is submitted, the name, email address and message are transmitted in encrypted form to the ALL-INKL web server and then to kontakt_www@fjoe.at at the email provider IONOS SE. Processing serves to respond to voluntary enquiries and is based on the legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where an enquiry concerns a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may also apply. The website does not additionally store the message content in a database.
Providing the information is voluntary and is not required by law or contract. However, the name, email address and message are required so that the enquiry can be identified and answered. Without this information, the enquiry cannot be processed through the form. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
To prevent misuse, request frequency is limited using a shortened SHA-256 derivation of the IP address. The timestamps used for this purpose are removed during subsequent requests after one hour. Contact correspondence is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for legal defence apply.
Cookies and external content
The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, advertising trackers, externally loaded fonts or embedded third-party content.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability where its requirements are met, and objection. Complaints may be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Questions about processing may be sent to kontakt_www@fjoe.at.
